Alscoがランディングページ改善で中国B2Bリードを獲得した方法

How one global workwear rental brand unlocked stable China leads by fixing the landing page — not the ads.
Alsco needed qualified B2B leads in China for its workwear/uniform rental, floor mat, wiping cloth and tea towel products. The most obvious channel? Baidu search. But there was a problem — and it wasn't the ads.
Like many global brands entering China, Alsco's corporate website was built to global standards. It could not easily embed Baidu tracking codes. It loaded in approximately 13 seconds. And it was nearly impossible to modify from China. Every attempt at optimization ran into a wall — the page itself.
This is a recurring challenge for foreign companies in China. The headquarters controls the website. The China team (or their agency) cannot add the pixels they need, change forms for local buyers, or improve page speed without a lengthy IT request. The landing page throttles everything.
TMG diagnosed the bottleneck immediately and recommended a practical fix: move the landing experience from Alsco's corporate website to Baidu Jimuyu (百度基木鱼) — Baidu's native landing page platform.
Across a ~24-month engagement, TMG drove measurable improvement in two headline metrics:
Click-through rate on Baidu Search doubled from 0.58% to 1.18% as campaigns matured — a 2× improvement driven by more relevant ad copy, refined keyword targeting, and faster-loading Jimuyu landing pages.
Cost per lead dropped by 95% from the initial benchmark, as the stable lead flow from Jimuyu pages allowed the team to focus on optimization rather than fixing broken conversion paths.
Hundreds of qualified B2B leads were generated for Alsco's workwear and facility product lines across targeted industries — food & beverage, fireproof, pharmaceutical, and industrial.
In 2022, Alsco's China operations were acquired. Promotion had to continue under the new parent company's Baidu account. TMG's independent engagement was interrupted as a result — a corporate handover, not a performance issue, ended the work.
The campaign results stand as a clear proof point: for global companies, fixing the China landing page is often the single highest-impact move available.
Let's discuss how TMG can help your agency access China's digital advertising market.
